Dear Pat Butler Families, 

Thank you for a great week!  Just a reminder that there is no school on Monday, May 25th, in observance of Memorial Day! We honor our military personnel who gave their lives in service to our country.   

Thank you to all of our families that attended lunch with your bear day. Thank you for including all of our students to sit with you. This is what makes Pat Butler the best!! Also, thank you to all of our families for helping with our garden work party. We were able to successfully transplant all of our large plants. You are the best!!

Field Day

All 1st-6th graders will participate in field day on June 2nd. If you would like, you may pack extra clothes or have them wear quick dry clothes. They will not be able to call home for clothes on this day so please be prepared. We thank you in advance for your cooperation so that we can have a fun day together. We will be sending a sign up genius later this week so keep your eyes out for that. TK/K will have their field day on June 4th. 

Open House and Teacher Performance 

Open House will be held on May 27th, starting at 5:30 p.m.  We will be performing a short skit and playing a fun game with families prior to classrooms from 6:00-7:00 PM. Please make sure that your children stay with you for the entirety of the evening as it is a fun opportunity for them to share their school day with you! Mr. Apple will also have a table in the garden, so make sure to visit him, too!

Lost and Found

When you are on campus, please check out the lost and found to claim any missing items.  All items will be donated on June 4th at 3:00 p.m.

June 4th - Last Day of School is a Minimum Day

Dismissal Times will be 12:00 for TK, 12:15 for K-3rd, and 12:25 for 4th-6th grade students.
