PBIS: Butler Bears RISE Above
At Pat Butler, our Bears strive to “R.I.S.E. Above! These character traits represent; Respect, Integrity, Safety, and Excellence. Our Bears are explicitly taught and modeled these expectations throughout the school year. Our R.I.S.E expectations are part of our school culture and provide a positive, predictable, and safe environment for all of our Bears. We recognize students for demonstrating R.I.S.E. behavior through fun activities and celebrations.

Our system of Positive Behavior Intervention and Support (PBIS) is a proactive approach to establishing the behavioral supports and social culture needed for all students to achieve social, emotional, and academic success.
